Project Details
Stevens provided construction administration, inspection services and materials sampling for this project. The project consisted of mass site grading, concrete paving and curb, HMA paving of roads, trails and parking lots, razing of a house and shed, abandonment of septic and well, pipe placement, signage for roads, trails and interpretive panels, pavement markings, landscaping, and construction of a picnic shelter.
This high-profile project along the St. Croix River had very strict erosion control needs and community relations. Coordination with multiple contractors was a common occurrence. Stevens provided construction services for site inspection, concrete and asphalt testing, and material documentation and review.
