The Metropolitan Council Environmental Services completed a Facility Plan for the Minneapolis Interceptor Rehabilitation Project. The interceptor inspections and condition assessments showed the need for reconstruction and rehabilitation in many areas within the City of Minneapolis. This project consisted for four of those areas in southwest Minneapolis totaling approximately 13,950 LF of pipe.
Stevens provided support services to Forth Infrastructure & Environment, LLC for the topographic survey, base mapping, manhole inspections and public participation facilitation. Topographic survey consisted of contours over the existing sewer alignment and manhole inverts, tree inventory, surface features, and private utilities. We also provided coordination with Gopher State One Call and drafting of the survey for use in the design.
