This includes comprehensive rate planning, developer agreements, and future operation and maintenance cost analysis. Long-range, ongoing financial planning is critical as Community leaders proactively plan for the future. We realize that financial planning is not strictly an evaluation of revenues and expenditures, but that there are technical issues as well as economic and political issues to consider.
